Important - Real Estate Tax Statements Posted on 12/16/2011
The 2011 Burleigh County real estate tax statements were mailed December 16, 2011. If you have not received a statement, please contact the Burleigh County Auditor\Treasurer's Office at 222-6694. Taxes may be paid online, in person at the Auditor\Treasurer's Office, located at 221 N 5th St., or mailed to PO Box 5518, Bismarck ND 58506-5518. North Dakota Century Code, Section 57-20-07.1 states, in part, as follows: "Failure of an owner to receive a statement will not relieve that owner of liability, nor extend the discount privilege past the February 15th deadline." Please Note: County offices will be closed on December 26 2011 and January 2, 2012.
