Permit and Inspection Portal
The on-line permitting and inspections portal allows to you create, and search permits, download information for permitting, and schedule and review inspections.
PERMITTING:
Permits created on-line are reviewed and issued within 24 to 48 hours. Be sure to include as much information as possible. Missing information and documentation can slow down the review of your permit request.
Permits created on-line will be invoiced within five (5) days of the permit issue date. Burleigh County does not accept on-line payments at this time.
INSPECTIONS:
Be sure to include your contact information in the comment section when scheduling your inspection on-line.
Inspections time slots scheduled on-line are not guaranteed. Our Inspectors develop their daily routes based on the most efficient route to complete their assigned inspections. For specific scheduling concerns, call 701-221-3727.
