- City of Lincoln New Home - 2yr Exemption -- Guide Line Information -- Application
- Rural New Home - 2yr Exemption -- Application & Qualification Information Pending
- Improvements to Commercial and Residential Buildings -- Guide Line Information -- Application
- Homestead Credit -- Guide Line Information -- Application
  • You Are 65 years of age or older
    • Your income is less than $17,500.
    • Your assets do not exceed $50,000 excluding your homestead.
  • You are Disabled.
    • Your income is less than $17,500.
    • A physician certifies you are permanently & totally disabled.
    • Your assets do not exceed $50,000 excluding your homestead.
  • You are confined to a Wheelchair
    • A physician certifies you are confined to a wheelchair.
  • You are Blind
    • A physician certifies you are blind according to the statute.

- Disabled Veteran Credit
  • You are a Disabled Veteran
    • Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA) certifies our disability at 50% or greater.
  • You are a Paraplegic Disabled Person
    • Your income is less than $17,500.
    • A physician certifies you are paraplegic & disabled.
  • You are a Paraplegic Disabled Veteran
    • The VA awarded you special adaptive housing.
